Mariano is amazing!! We had our floors refinished by another company and after 3 1/2 weeks to complete, the finish peeled! We called Mariano and he met with us within a few days! He completely redid our floors from start to finish and we were back in our home on the 8th day!!! He was prompt and professional and showed up on time each day. He communicated with us daily and kept us informed. I would highly recommend Mariano and his crew. He was a life saver!!!!

I can’t say enough about the quality job that Mariano and his crew did for us. He refinished the floors in our house and got the job done in one-third of the time quoted to me by other bids and for much less. Other vendors tried to sell us on more expensive finishes which would have been higher maintenance for us and more expensive.
The day the floors were finished, we were having some plumbing work done and the second floor flooded and went through the ceiling to the first floor, damaging the newly refinished floors on both levels. I called Mariano and he came back over within an hour and started remediation for us. He came back each day to see if we could save the floors, and when it was clear we couldn’t, started on the installation of new floors right away.
His work is simply outstanding. He arrives each day on time and had the job done on schedule, and he is there with his guys each day to make sure the job is done right. He truly cares about the work he does and it shows in the finished product.
And, his prices are very reasonable — I had 3 bids from the top rated “big” companies and his was the best by far, but also the most thorough. I could always reach him on his cell for any updates or information I needed. If we found any problems, he addressed them right away.
I don’t want to have to do the floors in this house again, but I would call Mariano for any future work that I needed. I can’t say enough good things about his work. Period.

Mariano and his crew are UNBELIEVABLE! Their craftsmanship is the best out there! We purchased a 1912 home that had a bad 1987 addition with orange/yellow hardwood floors. In a week, Mariano and his team transformed the space. They had incredible attention to detail and made sure the floor was perfect before sealing it.
